Clinician (Adult Residential)

Chestnut Health Systems is seeking full-time and part-time Adult Residential Clinicians to work the day or evening shift at our Maryville, IL location, servicing the Metro East and St.
Louis, MO areas.
Position may be eligible for a shift pay differential.

Provide services identified in treatment/wellness/safety plan that are consumer driven and meet the program requirements, including specialized services for women and maintaining an assigned minimum service level, especially focused on individual, group and family therapy, and skills and educational groups.
Work with supervisor and other clinicians to establish a well-planned out client service schedule to meet funder requirements and individual client needs.
Complete required services, data entry and paperwork in accordance with program and agency policies and procedures, including but not limited to assessments, treatment/recovery plans, discharge summaries, progress notes, and any other funder requirements:
100% of assessments and treatment/recovery plans completed within 24 hours of meeting with the client, to guide recovery:
Progress notes and any other required data entry or paperwork submitted within forty-eight hours of the delivery of the service.
Promote the recovery model of treatment including harm reduction, trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness and spirituality and connectedness by assisting consumers with regaining control over their own lives through self-directed recovery; including utilizing recovery language in all applicable documentation.
Provide for referral, linkage, and advocacy to recommended services within Chestnut and other community resources that help to holistically address the client's mental health, substance use, and primary care needs.
Promote positive interactions within Chestnut and with the community, especially family members, probation officers, DCFS case workers, and court personnel to sustain a favorable program reputation.
Attend meetings and consumer staffings, participate in program development activities and supervision, if needed, and provide support and backup to other team members as necessary, including:
Attending all mandatory Chestnut trainings, including the utilization of Relias.
Complete ICB's GCE requirements:
2,000 hours of qualified experience, 25 hours of applicable supervision and 45 hours of women's issues specific training, if applicable, within 2 years of date of hire.
Demonstrate skill building in evidence-based practices (EBPs) such as Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA), Motivational Intervening and other women specific EBPs.
Assume a leadership role on a regular basis with little to no guidance and oversight, especially related to the needs of adults and their family systems, taking a lead on special projects, and the mentoring of less experienced and credentialed staff, regularly providing supervision.
Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut's behavioral standards for customer service.
Maintain and protect confidentiality of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial and consumer information.
Provide other duties as assigned, required or specifically negotiated with supervisor.
Must have a bachelor's degree with 5 years' social service experience; or a master's degree in social services; or a master's degree in an applicable social service field and IL licensure of LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC.
Must obtain Certified Alcohol and other Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) within 2 years of hire.
Certified Alcohol and other Drug (Reciprocal) Counselor CAD(R)C in IL preferred.
Requires basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, email, and the use of an electronic medical record (EMR).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
