Summary:
Welcome to RCC Restoration! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Office Assistant to join our team.
In this position, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our production and operations team.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Project Coordinator Duties:
-Support, facilitate, and coordinate the work of multiple project teams and Project Managers -Coordinate with scheduling of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors -Schedule jobs and maintain project efficiency -Maintain timely and accurate flow of production reporting from field operations to administration -Prepare and track customer contracts, invoices, and estimates -Manage inventory of production materials and coordinate orders as directed by the Project Managers -Provide project updates to Project Managers -Maintain project files electronically to include data entry Administrative Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple team members - Assist with general office tasks as needed - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and typing speed/accuracy - Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Job Type:
