Summary:
Responsible for the cleaning of the hospital, physician's office building and various off site facilities.
Responsible for carrying out the verbal or written instructions of housekeeping supervisory personnel.

Responsibilities:
1.
Maintains carpeted and hard surface flooring 2.
Cleans furnishings.
3.
Collects and transports trash, soiled linen and infectious waste safely and appropriately 4.
Provides Moving Services 5.
Demonstrates knowledge of safety procedures for housekeeping.
6.
Uses standard precautions appropriately 7.
Safely operates equipment, appropriately uses and stores chemicals.
8.
Adheres to Confidentiality/Release of Information guidelines for adults and minors 9.
Maintains an acceptable level of competency as measured by quality assurance inspections.
10.
Displays competency in actions during emergency situations.
Education Requirements and Other Requirements:
Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
