Job DetailsJob Duties Reviews Contract Documents Manages and leads operators and laborers throughout the duration of the project Schedules workers for daily tasks on each project Manages day to day operations & safety for each project Assists in gathering data for billing purposes Reviews and approves materials and equipment for project work.
Coordinatesactivities,materials,procurement,&otherrelatedactivitieswithProjectManager&FieldStaff Communicates progress and prepares appropriate reports as needed by Project Manager, Project Director, Owner's Rep, Architect, Represents company at weekly Project Owner's meetings Responsiblefortheschedulingandperformanceofalloperatorsandlaborerson each project Supervises, reviews, and coordinates submittals Ability to build and execute a project according to plan Some travel is requiredQualifications 1
years of experience in Construction General understanding of reading plans & specifications in accordance to the construction of a project.
General understanding of the IDOT & MODOT standard specification for road and bridge construction.
Knowledge of pay items and job costing.
