Job Duties:
Reviews Contract DocumentsManages and leads operators and laborers throughout the duration of the projectSchedules workers for daily tasks on each projectManages day to day operations & safety for each projectAssists in gathering data for billing purposesReviews and approves materials and equipment for project work.
Coordinatesactivities,materials,procurement,&otherrelatedactivitieswithProjectManager&FieldStaffCommunicates progress and prepares appropriate reports as needed by Project Manager, Project Director, Owner's Rep, Architect,Represents company at weekly Project Owner's meetingsResponsiblefortheschedulingandperformanceofalloperatorsandlaborerson each projectSupervises, reviews, and coordinates submittalsAbility to build and execute a project according to planSome travel is required
Qualifications:
1
years of experience in ConstructionGeneral understanding of reading plans & specifications in accordance to the construction of a project.
General understanding of the IDOT & MODOT standard specification for road and bridge construction.
Knowledge of pay items and job costing.
GPS knowledge is a plusSome travel is requiredAbout the Company:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
